COMPANY'S POLICY
The company considers as a key factor to ensure the continuous satisfaction of the requirements of its customers, the management of all the processes that compose its operation in accordance with the principles underlined in the international standard ISO 9001: 2015. For this reason, the company has developed, installed and implemented an integrated Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, which is committed to consistently and guided by the provision of services of consistent and known quality and continuous improvement of not only this system itself but also the operating processes and services that are being provided. Within the framework of the above recorded and implemented policy, the company monitors and tracks the needs of customers (internal and external), the developments of technology and the market in which it operates – Maintenance – Repair – Refilling – Wholesale of Fire Extinguishers in order to be able to provide reliable, well-updated and innovative services, to ensure the absolute satisfaction of the requirements and expectations of its customers.

The Management of the company is responsible for the continuous and smooth implementation of the Quality Management System. The Quality Manager is authorized regarding the procedures of coordination, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of the Quality Management System, in order to comply with the selected standards and specifications, depending on the occurrence or elimination of systemic quality failures.
The objective goals around which there is a continuous and systematic effort in the company include:
The improvement of the degree of customer satisfaction, the compression of the failure rate in services provided, the increase of the range of services produced, the expansion of the customer base as well as the degree of penetration in existing customers.
For the monitoring of the Objectives of Quality, Quality Indicators are defined which are monitored by the Quality Manager and at regular intervals are presented to the Management of the company, in the framework of the Reviews of the Quality Management System.
The course of the indicators reflects the degree of implementation of the objectives and may lead to modifications of the Quality Management System.
The Management of the company is committed to provide all the necessary resources for the implementation and efficient operation of the Quality System.
