1. Cancellation before dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched, without any cancellation charge.

To request a cancellation:

You will receive confirmation of the cancellation by email.

2. Refund following cancellation

If payment has already been made, the full amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original transaction, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after confirmation of the cancellation.

For card payments, the amount will be reversed or credited to the same card. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or card issuer.

3. Cancellation after dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, subject to the conditions stated in our Right of Withdrawal Policy.

4. Custom-made and special-order products

For products manufactured, configured or ordered specifically for the customer, including custom-made fire doors or fire-extinguishing systems, cancellation is free of charge only if production or the special order with the supplier has not yet commenced.

Where applicable, the customer will be informed in writing before production or the special-order process begins.

5. Cancellation by the Company

FIREVAC E.E. may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if the order cannot be fulfilled or if an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

In such cases, the customer will be informed without undue delay and any amount already paid will be refunded in full using the original payment method.
